Responded within minutes of getting initial query. Told him what I was looking for and he found several houses that met my specifications. I'm in NY and wasn't able to physically view the houses, Brian went to each house and walked me through with Face Time. Answered all my questions, patiently. I'm just about to put a deposit down on a house. I would highly recommend Brian and his agency to anybody.

Knows the area and market better than anyone else I've worked with. We have bought and sold multiple properties using Brian's services and he has been pretty much dead on with regards to what properties will go for. He also has a knack for resolving unexpected issues that may delay or kill a deal. I live out of state and came into town to help my son purchase a house. It was his first experience and he was undecided as to exactly what he wanted. Brian was very, very helpful. He made arrangements and showed us MANY possibilities in a very short amount of time (including Sunday). Brian and Jennifer helped us through the entire process including closing which was great because I was not familiar with a number of factors such as 4-Point inspection and Mitigation reports. Brian and Jennifer helped us with a referral to a mortgage company. The experience was great and we got exactly what we needed!
